Jacksonville - Amanda Burton, 57 of Jacksonville, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center located in Goldsboro.

Celebration of Life Service will be held 11am, September 9, 2023, at Christian Chapel Christian Church. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

She leaves to cherish her memories her sons, Sergio (Jillian) Burton and Johnnie Chapman, both of Jacksonville; brother, Thomas (Geraldine) Burton of Stella; sister, Mary Davis of Stella.

Professional Services are entrusted to Akridge Family Funeral Care of Jacksonville.
