Carrie Lee (Young) Dickens

Jacksonville - Carrie Lee Dickens, 79 of Jacksonville entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at Premier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Celebration of Life Service will be held 12pm, Monday September 4, 2023, at Myrtle Grove Christian Church.  Burial will follow immediately after the service at the White Oak Cemetery. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. 

She was proceeded in death by her late husband, Elijah Dickens.  

She is survived by her sons, Rexall and Kelvin Dickens, both of Washington, DC; daughter, Rashaunda Dickens of Jacksonville; brothers, Jervens Young, Rodney Young, Sr, both of Maysville, Steve Young of Washington, DC, Clennie Young of Biloxi, Mississippi, Warren Mattocks of Virginia; sisters, Patricia Pollard of Toledo, Ohio, Carol Jean Pickett of Jacksonville, Gloria Roberts of Kinson, Elvira Mattocks of Maysville, Inez Wooten of Jacksonville, Glenda Arnold of Jacksonville
