Jacksonville - Cesar Otniel Felix, 18, of Jacksonville, entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 8, 2019 at Onslow Memorial Hospital.

Celebration of Life services will be held 10am, Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Akridge Family Funeral Care Chapel.

He is survived by his father, Cesar Felix, Sr.; brothers, Julio Felix, Kahlel Felix; sister, Nevaeh Felix; Grandparents, Julio and Mercedes Felix; aunt, Julissa Felix; uncle, Joel Felix, all of Jacksonville.
