Wilmington - Frank O. Shepard, 64 of Jacksonville, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.at his residence.

He is survived by his daughters, Gia Washington, Marleah Shepard, both of Jacksonville; grandchildren, Jakeya and Jakari Washington, both of Jacksonville.
