Jacksonville - Heartly Lynn Franklin, 28 of Jacksonville, entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 2, 2022 at Onslow Memorial Hospital.

Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.

She is survived by her mother, Stacy Rouse of Jacksonville; daughter, Malia Westbrook of Las Vegas, Nevada; brothers, Zane Rouse of Buffalo, New York; sister, Tori Rouse of Wichita, Kansas.
