Herman Slade, III

Jacksonville - Herman Slade, III, 76 of Jacksonville, entered into eternal rest on Friday, December 23, 2021 at his residence. 
 
Celebration of Life service will be held 3pm Saturday, December 31, 2021 at Akridge Family Funeral Care in accordance with the Covid-19 mandate.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

He is survived by his son, Herman Slade, IV of Jacksonville; brothers, Oneal White of Fayetteville, Willie White of Maryland, Edwin White of Washington, DC; sisters, Mary Ann Slade of Missouri, Odessa Sullivan and Anna White Willliams, both of Jacksonville.
